Hey there, I’m Mary Benavides. I’ve been a dental assistant at Arvada Implants with Dr Sawaqed for seven years now. Plus, I’m bilingual, which comes in handy in my line of work. As a mom of four and a proud grandma of three, I love spending time with my family and getting out into nature. I’m a big fan of hiking and paddle boarding – it’s the perfect way to relax and have some fun! I absolutely love it when I can see the joy and relief on a patient’s face after they’re happy with their procedure.

Hello!! My name is Yara, I Am a graduate from Metropolitan State College of Denver with a bachelors in business management. After graduating I worked for a couple of years, then with my husband, Tariq, we decided to grow our family. We now have a 12 year old son, Andrew. A 9 year old daughter, Ava. And a 7 year old son, Ethan- I was blessed to be able to stay home with them and raise them. My family is my world, I love spending time with them-traveling, watching them play all the sports, all while enjoying all the girly stuff with Ava. I’m now working with my husband, as the public relations and office manager, growing and expanding with his dental ventures

With a strong background in dental administration and patient care, she plays an important role in keeping operations running smoothly while ensuring every patient feels supported throughout their treatment journey. Lilia specialises in treatment planning and financial coordination, working closely with patients to find solutions that fit their needs and budgets. She takes pride in making dentistry more accessible by clearly explaining options and helping patients feel confident in their decisions. As a Regional Manager, Lilia also supports multiple offices, focusing on team development, organization, and creating a positive, welcoming environment for both staff and patients. Her attention to detail, leadership, and caring approach make her a valuable part of the practice. Outside of work, Lilly enjoys spending time with her family and creating a happy, balanced life between her career and family.
